The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So, i haven't play LSPDFR in a year or 2, and decided to return. After jumping through the many hoops or getting LSPDFR, ELS and everything else to work, I have noticed when i am patrolling the vehicles i have added do not patrolling around and do not respond as back up. i always see the vanilla cars driving around.

 

I'm attempting to use Ultimate Backup which TBH, I'm not even sure is working either, but when i call a back up unit, the responding unit is a vanilla car.

 

I further have download EUP and when i go on duty none of the uniforms are available.
