The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    Hello, I can see that your problem is related to Clothing if I'm correct? If yes, then you'll need to install the following with Ultimate backup+

     

     (Optional but useful)

     

    Firstly, Install Ultimate Backup menu from the author's website and then replace these EUPFR files with the Ultimate backup files. 
     

    See if this fixes your issue. If your issue still persists. Could you possibly add some screenshots or a recording to help the community better understand your problem. So we can do our best to give you the best aid possible.
