The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Has anyone found a way to increase vehicle.awc size limit?

I've done some of research to see if anyone has found a way to increase the 16.132mb limit to the vehicle.awc file and the closest I got was this topic from 2019. 

Apparently someone figured it out but never explained how to do it. If anyone has more information, I would appreciate it.
