Trouble Launching RagePluginHook on Fresh Install? Try this.

Recently purchased GTA-V on Steam and installed LCPDFR and having problems launching RagePluginHook?   I had the same issue and it took me about an hour of trial and error to figure it out so figured I would post what fixed the issue for me.

1) Install GTA-V through Steam.
2) Launch GTA-V, play through the initial bank heist & pursuit until you get the first save game.
3) Install LSPDFR 0.4.9 as instructed.
4) If when opening RagePluginHook you get the "Steam failed to initialize...." error then go back, launch GTA-V, and load into story mode until your character is inside the house.  Then press Alt-Tab to go to your desktop and then launch RagePluginHook and immediately hold SHIFT until the settings page, change the timeout to 60000 and then under plugins select "Dont load any plugins on startup" then select "restart with elevated privileges" and then "Save and launch".   Press Alt-Tab again and go back to GTA-V and press F4 then type ReloadAllPlugins and hit enter.    You should be good to go from here.
5) If you are getting an error such as "Slow System or Insufficient Permissions" or "ragepluginhook insufficient permission or bad antivirus" this means you have a permissions issue which happened to me on a fresh install.   To fix this I simply went to my LSPDFR folder in the GTA-V directory such as E:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/ and then right clicked on lspdfr folder and went to properties > security and clicked Edit to Allow full control of the folder and this immediately resolved that issue.


Now everytime I want to play I simply load GTA-V into story mode, wait until my character is inside the save house then Alt-Tab and load RagePluginHook then Alt-Tab back into the game and Press F4 and ReloadAllPlugins and viola, ready to play.

Normally you should be able to simply open RagePluginHook from desktop and it launches the game and loads everything but I'm guessing the newest launcher is breaking something so this was the workaround that got me playing.
