So i had RADIANCE installed and still have it installed and  after installing some more mods ( unrelated ) callouts, etc.. it seems like it's doing some odd glitch with the ELS making it not have a flare from close but from a far it does.

It's still a bit bugged from a far and it's like not working with ELS lights but works for everything else.
