Can't Launch LSPDFR with mods

Featured Replies

Hello, I need help launching LSPDFR. I have a separate file of LSPDFR with mods and a file without mods. The file with the mods will not load with the rage plugin hook. In the bottom right corner, it is not giving me the option to click on 'story mode with rage plugin hook'. Every time I try to load the game, the "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus" keeps popping up. I checked every security/anti-virus setting, and I keep having the same problem. Did I install the mods incorrectly? Any help is appreciated. P.S., the mods that I have installed are the 2018 charger, lscso vic, CompuLite, PoliceSmartRadio, Stoptheped, and SimpleCallouts.
