Force l'extinction du jeu et de steam assure toi qu'il ne sont pas en arriere plan et redemarre d'abord steam, mais avant tout fais un check d'intégriter des fichiers. Ensuite si cela ne marche pas envois nous une liste de tout les fichiers dans ton dossier Grand Theft Auto, peut etre cela est lier a un mod.
