The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So starting off I have legit version of GTA V on epic games. When I installed lspdfr and started R.P.H it either said "loading game" forever and GTA didnt load until I closed R.P.H or it opened GTA but without lspdfr mod. I really dont know what else I can do to fix it.
