Emergency Lights are working but can't get the sirens on!

 

have just installed a few new add Ons and textures Aswell as Lenny's mod manager 

I also just installed and changed the siren to this mod VicPolSirens - 1.1 - ByConsKryp

 

since then when in-game and lights are on I can't get the sirens to go at all with any key bind

 

please if anyone could help, would be muchly appreciated
