Police lights dont seem to be emiting any light (ELS)

Hello, i have an issue with way that police lights work. It just seems like they arent emiting any light, just color textures. I tried installing various radiance mods, ELSs, and other modyfing Graphics settings, nothing seemed to work, Can anyone help with with that?

Could contain: vehicle, land vehicle, outdoor, text, wheel, tire, vehicle registration plate, car, bumper, automotive exterior, auto part, automotive tail & brake light, sport utility vehicle, motor vehicle, automotive lighting, automotive luggage rack, roof rack, ford, road, automotive carrying rack, compact sport utility vehicle, nissan, ground, police

 

Never Mind. Managed to get it fixed
