Hey folks,

 

I was hoping to get your input on my ELS issue. ELS randomly stopped working -- the panel doesn't show up, lights are all out-of-whack, sirens don't work, etc. I've tried everything I found on the forums -- scroll lock check, uninstalling and re-installing ASI loader (multiple times), making sure VCFs are correct and installed in pack_default, making sure I have AdvancedHook and updated Scripthook, even re-installing ELS. Nothing has worked.

 

It seems that now ELS isn't even creating a log file? Because when I run the game, the log file doesn't update: the date is still the last time I played. But the ASI does successfully load ELS.

 

I have a feeling that I'm going to need to do a clean re-install, but I'm really trying to avoid that and hoping there's some solution out there that I missed.

 

I'd really appreciate any thoughts y'all have.

    Try deleting all of your ELS files and then copying and pasting EVERYTHING that is provided in the ELS original file into your game file. Thats how I did it and if you dont want the mod menu, delete it after copying and pasting all the files into your game files. If this doesn't work, make sure you have everything correctly installed, such as asiloader, scripthookv, etc.
