HELLO, I NEED HELP WITH TRYING TO MAKE LIVERIES, I WANT TO MAKE MY OWN CAUSE NO ONE WILL MAKE THE LIVERY I WANT SO I FIGURED WHY NOT MAKE THEM MYSELF BUT I HAVE NO CLUE HOW

I am not sure how to curve words using paint.net, however, to make reflective liveries, you first need a vehicle that supports reflective liveries, or it simply will not work.

 

Otherwise, remove the background layer (paint, plain colors...) and template from view and only have the parts you want reflective to appear visible (toggle layer visibility). You will still need the regular texture (sign) updated as well, which will need a background layer (paint)
