ELS Not working, no trainer installed.

All my ELS enabled modded cars work fine. My siren also works. I have no trainer installed so I don't see why ELS isn't working. None of the key functions for it will work with my vehicles. I have V6.1 currently. I posted two screenshots of my folders in case I have them in the wrong spots.

You might need to install a trainer and disable your keys. Try that and see if it works.

I put the ELS files into the steam folder and it worked perfectly, thanks anyway.
