The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Cannot import textures made with Illustrator into OpenIV

So I created a livery for a vehicle, but when I try to import the texture, OpenIV won't import it. Illustrator doesn't export to DDS so I exported it as PNG, doesn't work.

I went to a website and converted both the .ai and .png to DDS, doesn't work.

I tried importing the PNG to Paint.net and exporting it as DDS, also doesn't work.

 

I'm just not sure how else to import into OpenIV. I guess Illustrator isn't required but it's so much easier than only using Paint.net.
