The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Just as stated in the title. It would be nice to get color functionality similar to Ultimate Backup's DefaultRegions.xml. Currently, I have UB backup spawning in the correct colors, but there is no way for LSPDFR ambient spawns to do so without editing the colors into the liveries directly.
