ELS and NPC Traffic Slamming on Brakes

Featured Replies

Whenever I turn on Stage 3 lights only without siren, NPC vehicles in front of me immediately slam on their brakes. According to the ELS instructions vehicles should only yield when the siren is on. I have tried the Traffic Control setting in the .ini file both on and off and no difference. I've tried it with a ton of different cars from different packs, so it's not an issue specific to the car.

This is basically making traffic stops unusable, because as soon as I go to light someone up they slam on the brakes right in front of me before I can even blip them. I'm at the point where I'm about to start with a clean install and just not use any ELS vehicles...

Any suggestions???
