The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Okay so I have tried renaming mods folder to _mods but it still didnt work I have barely touched anything except added 3 vehicles which I have now removed, I changed the gameconfig and added 1 addon vehicle, which I have now removed and I have switched the gameconfig back to default. Yes I have weaponlimitadjuster heapajduster also I just started a new mods folder about 2-3 hours ago. Here is my RPH log

                                                           

                                                                   So I pretty much reset it as much as I could.

Also here are my plugins:

GrammarPolice

KucheraCallouts

SuperCallouts

(And obviously LSPD First Response)

                                  I was going to add more such as StopThePed and things like that but I didnt bother as I started getting the error

    Nevermind I accidently deleted a file so I just did a fresh install
