The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Title explains most of it, i added some mods and this issue started so i uninstalled them, i also installed NVE then uninstalled as it was crashing, and ever since then its been crashing. i’ve adjust heap to all the way to 1500 and it hasn’t changed
