The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I dont have smooth driving installed, and also how do I update grammar police

in rage   plugin hook change settings set PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000

and check when was the last time you updated grammer police or downloaded it if u using a older version that may cause problems also check if ur lspdfr needs to be updated . i usually can fix my lspdfr by myself with figuring out what was the last things i added and removing them if that caused the problem or updating all the mods i can if i havent played in a while. If this doesnt fix it then hopefully a  mod support person thats can fully read the error log can help u .
