The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

GTAV Freezing/Crashing on Startup

I go to start my completely clean, unmodded game and it freezes shortly into the loading process (on the sirens and gunshots). I have tried everything. Reinstalling, setting task manager's priority of the game to high, updating windows, trying to update my GPU drivers (device manager says they're up to date), setting DPI optimization for gtav.exe to be run by the application, running gtav.exe as administrator... I am out of ideas. I have no idea what to do. Will someone please assist me?
