Pushbar flashing in Code 3/Stage 3 Lighting

So i just installed a 2020 Ford Explorer by HP Deskjet. and the push bar is flashing when im in Stage 3 lighting. in stage 1 and 2 lighting the pushbar is not even on the car. im using simple trainer to spawn the car, and when i try to add the pushbar or take it off it just flashes like it was never there

    i do know in athe youtube vid the guy says its in the ini but im so confused on which one it is to fix it. and another problem with the car i cant blip a vehicle to pull it over, i have to use a different one to activate the pull over then i can switch and its the explorer im having trouble not the tahoe

    As I had guessed, the pushbar (for some reason) is ELS-controlled. Find the XML in relation to the vehicle and find <Extra05 IsElsControlled="true"  to "false"

    ok that fixed that problem. Now do you know hwo to enable blips for pullover cause it wont let me pull over anyone when im using the explorer when i  press L shift
