The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ELS not working

So I'm new to the whole GTA V modding. (I have modded Minecraft before so directories aren't such a big problem). I have LSPDFR, ELS, UltimateBackup and StopThePed.
When I go on duty the last two show up. (I suppose ELS should too? Maybe not I am not sure). Ctrl + p does nothing. I have done the uninstall the ASIs from OpenIV etc. I have reinstalled the ELS and put again the correct .xml for the vehicles that I have put in. (Meaning that I downloaded a file with many vehicles but only put in one or two).
