The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So this can be closed i was doing what stevethegamer55 did and launching the game and waiting to see franklin, Trevor, Michael and loading in rage plugin hook but what happened was after rage plugin hook loaded i was to quick to load in LSPDFR i waited about 2 minutes and force duty and LSPDFR worked
