Game crashes either LSPDFR or forcing duty

My game crashes when i load lspdfr sometime or it get's past it and it crashes when i force duty i was doing a fresh windows reinstall and just know had this issue and yes i have everything that i need directx i even went to tech power up i believe is the website and download latest Visual C++

Try installing these: gameconfig.xml, heapadjuster and packfile adjuster (you can find them in gta5mods site)

So this can be closed i was doing what stevethegamer55 did and launching the game and waiting to see franklin, Trevor, Michael and loading in rage plugin hook but what happened was after rage plugin hook loaded i was to quick to load in LSPDFR i waited about 2 minutes and force duty and LSPDFR worked
