Hey there,

 

It's not quite as simple as you'd like to fix those lights. Evidently you tried installing a graphics mod or tweaking graphic-related files but you haven't shared that information in your forum post aside from mentioning NVE! Adding as much detail as possible is the best way to get support.

 

As for your issue, perhaps you modified your visualsettings.dat file [mods/update/update.rpf/common/data].

You can try installing a fresh copy of that file [GTAV/update/update.rpf/common/data] to overwrite the copy in your mods folder and seeing if that makes any difference.
