To be the most specific I can, LSPDFR crashes the moment the cuffing is complete. This is only when a driver has tested over the limit, or positive for drugs. No crash if the driver passes both tests.

Attach your RagePluginHook.log as a file in a reply. This file is located in the main game directory.
