Vin number question.

Is there a way to check the vin number of a parked vehicle? when the vehicle shows as no owner, invalid license etc, in compulite.

No, especially not in Compulite/StopThePed. Though a little birdie I heard from might be changing that in the coming months

Try installing Computer+ here and see if that has it, theoretically it should have these information

Information, the mod loaded okay and I used it, but did not come across a reference for a vin number search.
