What all is required for multiplayer LCPDFR?

Do you all have to have the exact same mods, including car mods for it to link up? Or just the same script/asi mods? Also, do you guys ever do games where you have like 20 players and totally delete AI police from the game (and have the 20 players essentially police the whole city)? That would be so cool and realistic. Even more realistic would be if you had no AI cops, 20+ people playing as the police, and then a handful of people playing as criminals.

Forgive me if it already works like this, but I am curious as to the features, capabilities and limitations of multiplayer.

It is important to have the exact same mods so your game doesn't crash. Scripts vehicles ect. however, weapon mods sound mods i.e. sirens, do not have to be matching. You can disable police when you play MP. Also it is very important to know when you play MP, if you jump (Down stairs, hop fences or walls, jump on cars etc.) Another person will crash, and sometimes when you get hit by an AI car you can crash too, so make sure to avoid jumping or others will crash which gets annoying after a while.
