February 16, 201313 yr Hello. I have installed everything the LCPDFR is installed correctly and everything is running good. But the GTA IV Won't start even when i start it as Admin. Where the file is the "Grand Theft Auto IV" I Right click it and i go to "Properties" Then I "UNCLICK" the box called "Read-Only (Only Applies to files in folder" Then I Click Apply, everything refresh's I Open the file "Grand Theft Auto IV" Again as Properties then it's back to normal the box is still ticked when i "UNCLICKED" It. And the GTA IV Wont start, Please help me! I've been trying for 2 day's!
