So as ya'll read by the title, my RPH does not work, it's either stuck on "Launching game" or if I open the game prior, RPH still says "Launching game" and also adds "Error, game is already running" I've done everything in my power, watched tutorials on yt, went to lspdfr support discord, went the actual rage discord support server and even they don't know what the issue is, I'm thinking the only solution is to reset windows, but I only want that to be my last resort, if I can't get any support here, then I'll probably reset windows.

You may need to delete the mods folder, I had the same problem and after I deleted the mods file was Everything worked

It does it even without the mods folder, no mods no thing, no plugins at all, fresh lspdfr, fresh copy of gta, everything fresh, nothing
