The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

My games been crashing every time I try to launch for a mRagePluginHook.logonth. I've reinstalled multiple times in an attempt to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. I uploaded the log file as well.

    never mind i just needed to reinstall eup LO
