Permissions in the folder with gta 5 provided everything, the folder itself was also fully opened, lcpdfr tried to reinstall, the PC also rebooted, started the game several times in a row (I saw what helped some, I did file integrity checks in the steam (it was not damaged once), watched all the videos that come out with this error, it did not help Nothing.
