My Game keeps crashing as soon as i load with RagePluginHook

As soon as i try to load in with ragepluginhook it crashes my game and its says could not hook game process insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus 

 

can someone help and guide me through getting lspdfr working ive watched multiple videos on youtube on how to install it spent many hours but haven't been able to resolve it
