Game Crashes To Desktop On Loading Screen

After several callout and plug-in installation now it is crashes to desktop. I'm adding my Log here. Anybody here to help me understand where is the problem I'll appreciated.

Edit: I tried to rename mods folder and game is working again. Something about my mods folder but what is it I couldn't find it.

Install;

If this does not work, undo your recent changes or installations to the mods folder one by one to identify the problematic mod.

I did every single step but still a big no. Rage generated a crash file for me here is I'm attaching now.

Have you tried undoing the recent changes you have made to the mods folder? You've indicated that there is an underlying issue with the mods folder. Please provide the log file I asked for previously, you attached an RCR file that I cannot utilize.

Also when launching RPH, please press and hold your left shift key to open the RPH settings menu. Change the 10000 value to 60000

I have found out problem. Forests of San Andreas mod was breaking game on loading screen. I uninstalled them and everything solved! Thanks for the help btw.
