Unsure what the issue may be, 
Manually installed base LSPDFR  without any plugins opened and ran the game with no issue's, went on duty, did a traffic stop etc.
Installed CompuLite, Ulitmate Backup, and StopThePed 
Now I'm receiving this error for some reason & this is when attempting to start GTA through RPH or traditionally
Have up to date Script Hook V and Script Hook V Dot Net
Have up to date RageNativeUI
Have Packfile Limit Adjuster, Heap Adjuster, and modified game config for best the best mod compatibility
