Despawning emergency vehicles / menyoo

For a long time ive only used Non-els vehicles because you can use menyoo trainer and add them to a database where the wont despawn... However if you add ELS vehicles to that data base they will despawn. is there a way to get emergency vehicles to not despawn that are ELS?
