EUP missing DLC's?

After trying to load the EUP menu, I get this error:  'EUP Menu: The following DLC(s) are not present: patchday4ng' However I have it installed in the right path, It is in the dlclist.xml and I have tried reinstalling patchday4ng from the fresh folder, and verifying game files but still not working, I have also reinstalled EUP

I found a fix. I had the same problem. All you gotta do is just go to plugins and then to the eup folder. After that just click on settings.ini and make the last type of text set from false to true. I hope it works for you!
