The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

A couple of things:

 

These plugins are outdated and not updated for the recent version of LSPDFR please delete them:

Ambient Emergency Response
Callout Manager
More Radio Chatter

 

Automatic Siren Cutout has been having issues and that the plugin may be discontinued or not work as intended anymore I suggest removing it and seeing if you still crash.

 

CalloutInterface.api should be in ur root GTA V directory so please reinstall it.
