Rage plugin hook taking a long time loading lspdfr

I downloaded the mod (using the setup file and installing it in the GTAV folder) and launched it using the rage plugin hook .exe file. It launched my rockstar games launcher and nothing has happened since. the plugin hook says Launching game... 

 

I have the epic games version of GTA V fyi.

try opening GTA V first once ur in then open RPH
