Hey guys.. Im starting an LCPDFR Series but when I try to install cars in Spark IV they stay blue even after I rebuild and save. Help

I dont know if it helps but this is the car pack I'm trying install.

    I know this sounds stupid. but are you rebuilding then saving, or saving then rebuilding?
