My playthroughs are getting boring playing with the same 3 dept. around San Andreas but I'm pretty intimidated from setting up all of my vehicles/peds/regions. I've never done it before and was looking for some pointers. Is it difficult? What are configs? Are these configs drag and drop into my game and just adding my police vics? I'm not too picky on uniforms but I really want more variety in my vehicles and patrols.
