The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

1. you seem to be trying to load lspdfr twice, so start by opening your startup.rphs file in your main game folder, delete everything inside - then add

ReloadAllPlugins

Then save the file
2. Do you have any ScriptHookVDotNet files in your main game folder?
If you do install this https://github.com/Variapolis/scripthookvdotnet/releases/latest
If still not working or you don't have those files...
Please upload your Asiloader.log and ELS.log (they can be found in your main GTA directory)
