The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

the lidar gun mod:

i am unable to use with stop the ped i don't have the gun unlocked in GTA v so i can't do that and also I cant do f4 give weapon because it doesn't show up there and if I get a weapon from there it disappears because of stp

    Temporarily disable the realistic weapons system through the stop the ped context menu (default [G])
