LSPDFR is very intensive. Significant fps drops are normal.

For starters For starters in `Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR`:
Remove the plugins in RED.
Update the plugins in YELLOW.
Delete the files in purple (they are installed in the wrong place).

2. There is no error in your log.
Try renaming your mods folder to `_mods`
Then try start your game again and play for about the time it might take you to crash.
