The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Im also experiencing this exact issue.

ive tried all the suggestions ive seen on other threads.. just short of doing a fresh install... 
which im really trying to avoid doing.. as i just did a fresh install less than 2 weeks ago.

i read somewhere that is has to do with audio output or something.
I also noticed that the edit button on OIV doesnt make sound now too (started at the same time).
so its definitely leading me to believe its a PC side audio issue.
