January 27, 201313 yr So, I bought GTA 4 out of interest as I love the game, soon hearing that it is easily modable, and there was a police mod! I installed LCPDFR, and have not been disappointed I have therefore started a new youtube series revolving around it, I am going to be doing something different everyday.
