The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

the GTA V installation files are totally clean, no additional mods (I simply duplicated the folder with the original files) and I did a fresh and clean installation of LSPDFR.

I even waited 20 minutes and nothing changed.

Could contain: text, graphic design, screenshot, digital compositing, pc game, cartoon, fiction, graphics, anime

Its tricky, spent about an hour doing it. I deleted everything and anything related to RHP. The unistaller works but doesn't clear everything so make sure any file that says rage or comes with it needs to be deleted.

 

Head back to LSPFR site and download it again however I did manual install, instead of the exe. which is literally just a drag and drop into your GTAV folder & run the game again, it should work like mine.

 

Try it that way.
