The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The log you sent is an older, archived one (it's a few days old, from 30th Sept). If you need help with the issue in your latest game session, upload the latest RagePluginHook.log (without a date at the end) please. It's in your main GTA V folder, not the logs folder (see the attached screenshot).
Could contain: text, screenshot, font, line

According to the old log you attached, you made a mistake when editing one of the config (.ini) files for your LSPDFR plugins.
Error message:  Requested value ''' was not found.
This is most likely referring to a keybinding config.

OK here is the other log RagePluginHook.log but I have not edited any ini this started happening after I updated a lot of plugins after taking a long break

Okay, but it's still the same config error in your log. Unfortunately, the log doesn't specify which file or plugin the error is about (only that it is LSPDFR related). So you need to either go through all of your ini files and check for invalid values (like a single quote ') or reinstall your plugins by replacing the config files with their original files from the downloads again.

found the problem it was the ini of DekoKiyoTools that had ' in it so now it work thanks for the help
