GTA crashes on start up

HI all, My GTA crashes every time it starts to load. It happens right after "LOADING EUP MENU" pops up on the RPH screen.

 

Any idea why this happens? One time the game was working fine, I closed it out and came back an hour later and it all of a sudden it started doing this. No significant changes to the game were made.
