The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

This is *usually the result of them getting stuck because of your trainer options. Visit the simple trainer options and disable "police ignore player" and/or "peds ignore player".

    The option was "everyone ignore player", I don't even know how was it enabled.
